Since 2011, Rosie has played an integral role in keeping Pastilla organized and cohesive. Now, she’s putting her energy into Pastilla’s workplace culture as Head of HR.
Given her natural attention to detail, Rosie previously held the responsibility of billing and operations. But after experiencing unprecedented growth, Pastilla began fostering internal conversations about how to strategically scale the agency by investing in its greatest asset: its people.
In her new role, Rosie will now focus on recruiting top talent for Pastilla and creating a culture that fosters individual flourishing, as well as collaborative success for our clients.
“I’m excited to take on the challenge of developing our employee culture at Pastilla,” she said. “What makes each day extremely fulfilling at Pastilla is being allowed to own your role completely. And I want to give that sense of fulfillment and ownership to every one of our talented employees as head of HR.”
Among her first assignments, Rosie is guiding Pastilla by implementing a platform for efficient personnel management and tracking. “This is exactly the sort of work I’m most excited about. Onboarding systems that enable people to excel at what they do and make each project better than the previous one” she said. “Ultimately, I want Pastilla filled with amazing people that together produce an even better final product.”
“After years of excellent work for Pastilla, Rosie is poised to take on this new challenge,” said Rudy Manning, Pastilla’s Chief Creative Officer, and Co-Founder. “With her passion for people and zeal for this company, we are certain that Rosie will excel in shaping a unique culture that will empower our team to take Pastilla to new heights”
