You have experience in branding, print, product, web, and interactive design, and welcome creative feedback to help your growth. You have at least three years of experience in an agency and can switch gears seamlessly between different projects. You understand the importance of working in a team and your purpose to drive results for clients.

Key Responsibilities
+
Create high-level world-class concepts & visually-driven creative for print and digital.
+
Develop branding & identity systems that embrace storytelling, systematic thinking, and scalability.
+
Collaborate with UX design team to the define UI of digital projects.
+
Communicate and collaborate with team members, clients, and partners to ideate, create, and solve problems in a hybrid work model.
+
Work closely with creative and marketing teams to support internal marketing initiatives.
+
Prioritize and manage multiple projects and stay within your budget.

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on agency experience.
+
Inspiring portfolio that shows a wide breadth of creative execution and applications.
+
Excellent typographic skills.
+
Meticulous concentration on design details, file organization, and asset production.
+
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+
Strong sense of accountability, responsibility, and ownership of your role.
+
Exhibit enthusiasm passion for working in a creative environment.
+
Ability to learn new technologies, processes, procedures, techniques, etc. and quickly.
+
Proactive and self-motivated with substantial project and time management skills.
+
Team-oriented with the ability to work in an agile environment.

Mastery Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.

Familiar with platforms and applications apps such as:

Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD

After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut

GSuite Apps: GDoc, GSheet, GSlides, etc.
+
iCloud: Pages, Keynote, Numbers
+
Microsoft Cloud Apps: Word, Excel, Powerpoint

InVision, Miro or Mural
