You have 2+ years experience in juggling multiple projects in marketing, creative, and/or development in an agency work environment. You thrive in supporting the team and take pride in supporting account management and delivering top quality work to clients. You’re proactive, positive, and fully enjoy taking ownership of the day to day production of projects.

Your Role
+
Support the Account Managers’ workflow/tasks.
+
Collect and organize all necessary collateral for projects.
+
Manage the day to day production of ongoing projects.
+
Prepare newly signed off projects for production across all platforms.
+
Ensure company processes are being followed.
+
Lead project post mortem.
+
Schedule client kickoff calls.
+
Create competitive analysis.
+
Assist with Request for Proposals .

Requirements
+
Authorization to work in the U.S.
+
Knowledge using one or more project management tools (e.g. Trello, Asana, Basecamp, Jira, Assembla, etc.)
+
Familiar with one or more wire-framing / prototyping tools (e.g. Axure, Balsamic, Sketch, Figma, etc.)
+
Experience with applications such as:

Adobe Creative Cloud Apps; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
+
GSuite Apps; GDoc, GSheet, GSlides, etc.
+
iCloud Apps; Pages, Keynote, Numbers
+
Microsoft Cloud Suite Apps; Word, Excel, Powerpoint
