Technical Project Manager

Pastilla is looking for an experienced Technical Account Manager to maintain the company’s existing client relationships and become the liaison between the clients and the Pastilla’s team. This position involves everything from managing budgets, reporting, analyzing campaign/project performance, optimizing campaigns/projects daily, implementing all changes (on time), meeting budgets as well as deadlines, campaign/project marketing, monitoring project scopes, managing conflicts with clients promptly and ensuring the long-term success of each campaign/project and client relationship.

** Compensation: Base salary depending on experience **

Major Responsibilities:

  • Manage the client RFP process through sign-off to completion of project/product
  • Communicate technical challenges/questions/comments in a way  clients can understand
  • Prepare reports, presentations and showcase them to clients on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Be able to meet objectives while staying within the budget and deadline<
  • Plan, manage and report on client’s development efforts

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience building websites, apps, and products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effectively multitask with strong attention to detail
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated and able to work in an ambiguous and changing environment
  • Exhibit enthusiasm, passion, creativity, and commitment
  • An understanding of development technology, solution sets, and keeping up with Industry changes
  • Ability to take charge / take responsibility and know when and how to delegate
  • Ability to learn quickly new technologies, processes, procedures, and techniques
  • A basic understanding of database design, HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, Facebook and Google integrations and Google Analytics
  • Experience using one or more project management tools (e.g., Mantis, Bugzilla, Basecamp, and Assembla.)
  • Experience using one or more wire-framing / prototyping tools (e.g., Axure, Balsamic)
  • At least five years of experience as a software project manager with a good understanding of the software and marketing
