Pastilla's Quest to Crafting CES's Visionary Campaign

Overview

Organized by Consumer Technology Association, CES is the world’s leading annual tech event held at the Las Vegas Convention Center, hosting over 3,200 exhibitors from 151 countries to showcase breakthrough technologies. For CES 2023, Pastilla designed the conference’s brand campaign with a sustainable and strategic marketing plan, leveraging our proven formula in tech. Despite CES not using our concepts, we stand proudly by our work, crafted to build on CES’s ethos, highlight tech diversity, and inspire societal development through technology.

Our North Star: Create excitement around a new era of technology in which humans are more deeply connected with technology than ever. Above all else, the four visual concepts we created are: Inclusive, Connective, Empowering, and Futuristic.

Concept 1: Your Invitation to the Future

Inspired by the inception of an idea, this concept visualizes how an idea can shape us and change the world. This is an invitation to become part of the future. No one needs to be left behind as technology moves forward.

Concept 2: Power Your Future 

This concept expresses how we are the future and the future is us through explorations of the fundamentals of human biology. Here, we can visualize the neurons that carry our thoughts, serving as the building blocks for progress. Technology is so natural it’s in our DNA. 

Concept 3: Come Alive with Technology

Here we explore how humans breathe life into technology. This essential relationship is symbolized by floral and airy designs which ensure audiences that the future of technology is beautifully fresh. 

Concept 4: Techno-Human Harmony

This concept explores humans’ role as the connection between nature and technology. It champions the human spirit, from which technological innovation originates. This dynamism is demonstrated by kinetic designs that capture audiences’ attention and help viewers visualize technology as dynamic and ever-evolving through time.  

We recognize that the journey is often as significant as the destination. Our proposal for the 2023 CES Trade Show, though not ultimately selected, exemplifies our agency’s ability to transform ambitious ideas into tangible experiences that captivate and inspire.
