Irene Chan is the Agency Operations Coordinator at Pastilla, where she plays a key role in supporting internal teams and day-to-day operations. From financial reporting and maintaining dashboards to documentation, scheduling, and travel coordination, she helps keep things organized and running smoothly behind the scenes. Her structured mindset and eye for detail make her a strong asset in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
She joins Pastilla with a background in accountancy and information systems and holds a degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Passionate about learning and growth, Irene is excited to expand her skills while contributing to meaningful, creative work.
Originally from Shanghai and Hong Kong, Irene has lived in the U.S. for the past seven years. Outside of work, she’s drawn to films and shows that challenge the mind and stir emotions—favorites include Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, The White Lotus, and Requiem for a Dream. She’s also a Formula 1 enthusiast and is currently exploring the world of tennis, pilates, and running.
