Introducing Our New Hire, Elliot!

Elliot brings over a decade of experience leading creative and strategic projects across advertising, entertainment, and aerospace. He’s collaborated with major brands like Lucasfilm Games, Meta, Disney, Cartoon Network, and UFC—guiding everything from high-stakes campaigns to technical product development with precision and purpose. His ability to bridge client relationships and cross-functional execution makes him a natural fit for Pastilla’s mission-driven work.

In his new role, Elliot leads cross-functional teams across creative, strategy, and production. He manages timelines, budgets, and scope while keeping client relationships strong and deliverables aligned with strategic goals. His focus is on making sure every project not only meets expectations—but creates meaningful impact for the people our clients serve.

Elliot is excited to help amplify the values and missions of our clients—whether that means building trust, growing awareness, or strengthening communities. His goal is to create work that reflects who our clients truly are and connects them to their audiences in authentic, lasting ways.

Beyond the world of project management, Elliot is a fan of Star Wars, anime, and hero genres. He’s also a photographer, recently inspired by the cinematic lighting and framing of Greig Fraser.
