As challenging as it was, this past year was also one of unprecedented growth for our agency. It encouraged many internal conversations regarding the best approach to scaling our agency and meeting the dramatically increased demand and the ever-growing workload.
The solution seemed simple:
We needed to continue investing in what was already our greatest asset – our team of experts – and growing it strategically in a way that ensures that we can still deliver superior services and top-of-the-line brand experiences.
As part of these efforts to strategically scale our agency, we’re pleased to announce that Pastilla welcomed a new member to our team, naming Alexandra Foglszinger Janiak as the new Technical Project Manager.
Alexandra begins her journey with Pastilla as of July 2021 and will be in charge of the technical project planning and management for key initiatives within our agency.
Her primary responsibility will be ensuring that projects are completed on time, on budget, within scope, and up to standard throughout the lifecycle of each project.
Alexandra comes to us with nearly two decades of experience. Throughout her career, Alexandra has showcased exceptional ability to effectively manage all project-related interfaces and resources, resolve complex issues, and execute and prioritize tasks in a manner that ensures timely delivery and maximum productivity.
Alexandra is a people-oriented manager with a positive attitude, openness to change, and the ability to lead through it. And we believe she will be an excellent match for this position and, more importantly, our team as a whole.
