Rosie leads Human Resources at Pastilla, bringing a thoughtful, people-centered approach to building strong teams and a healthy workplace culture. She develops and implements HR programs, policies, and practices that support employee growth, engagement, and long-term success, while ensuring alignment across teams and leadership. Rosie is deeply committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment rooted in learning, development, and trust—helping Pastilla grow in a way that puts people first.
Outside of work, Rosie is a dog & plant mom, enjoys photography, traveling, watching reruns of The Office or Schitt’s Creek, and seeking out the best pizza spots in every city she visits. Her own wedding even featured a wood-fired pizza truck for guests to enjoy.
