Introducing Our New Hire, Irene!

Irene joins us with a strong foundation in accountancy and information systems, holding a BS from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Before joining Pastilla, she built her career in audit and financial reporting, gaining experience in supporting complex organizational processes, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and streamlining internal operations. Alongside her professional journey, she’s also been working toward earning her CA real estate license.

At Pastilla, Irene plays a vital role in supporting our internal teams and operations. From assisting with financial reporting and maintaining key dashboards, to managing documentation, scheduling, and travel coordination—she helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Her meticulous approach and passion for learning make her a great fit for our collaborative environment.

Outside of work, Irene enjoys movies and shows that challenge the mind and stir emotions—favorites like Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, The White Lotus, and Requiem for a Dream. She’s also a Formula 1 enthusiast and has recently taken up tennis, pilates, and running as part of her goal to stay active. (If you have running tips, she’s all ears!)
