James brings over 10 years of experience managing digital projects and teams for clients across a wide range of industries, from household names in food and entertainment to innovative startups. With a background in advertising and account planning, he’s passionate about elevating digital experiences through seamless performance, intuitive interaction, and beautiful design.

At Pastilla, James leads cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital solutions. He’s responsible for managing project timelines, scopes, budgets, and client relationships while ensuring every deliverable hits the mark. He approaches each project with a collaborative mindset and a high standard of excellence.

Outside of work, James is an outdoor enthusiast, a woodworking hobbyist inspired by Scandinavian design, and a devoted fan of The Lord of the Rings, which he rereads every few years.
