Introducing Our New Hire, Tom!

Tom joins us with over ten years of experience leading creative and technical projects for SaaS companies, agencies, and well-known brands. Throughout his career, he has managed campaigns for clients such as Meta, Microsoft, Red Rocks Amphitheater, and over a dozen NCAA Division 1 athletic programs, several of which have earned accolades from industry awards, including the Chief Marketer PRO Awards and the Effies.

At Pastilla, Tom will lead projects across branding, creative, marketing, and digital, from kickoff through delivery. He serves as a strategic bridge between clients and internal teams, aligning everyone around shared goals, clear KPIs, and smart execution.

Tom thrives in environments built on collaboration, ownership, and open communication. He’s passionate about bringing people together to create work that’s both impactful and efficient, and he’s always looking to grow through new challenges and technologies.

When he’s not managing campaigns, Tom can be found outdoors. He’s an Eagle Scout and nature enthusiast based in Mammoth Lakes, CA, who loves snowboarding, mountain biking, hiking, and cross-country skiing. He’s also a big fan of the LA Dodgers, Lakers, Kings, and UCLA sports.
