Pastilla’s Project Manager, Adriana, brings over six years of experience as a project manager, with early roots in the public sector in Venezuela before transitioning into the creative industry after relocating to Chile. She holds a Master’s degree in Political Science as well as a Master’s in UX/UI, grounding her work in both policy-aware thinking and human-centered design. At Pastilla, Adriana oversees active projects end to end, ensuring internal processes are followed while planning, organizing, and delivering work on time and within scope and budget. Her recent project experience includes leading initiatives for Black Girls Code, California CASA, ProKids, Mycad, Metrolink, and the Pastilla website.
Outside of work, Adriana recently discovered a love for diving and enjoys traveling, along with singing and dancing while cooking, swimming, and watching history documentaries and crime series.
