Overview
SAP’s Employer Branding team, a division within SAP, focuses on the image of the company toward future employees and needed to communicate to millennials the opportunities available at a company like SAP. The Employer Branding division had a clear vision for an 8-bit arcade style video game to capture the attention of early graduates with the intention of distributing across all social channels and on their site.
SAP reported the campaign increased candidates motivation to apply and received a surge in applications.
