As part of an ongoing collaboration, Warner Pacific asked Pastilla to design an app called BigWave to accompany its already existing set of healthcare tools. BigWave helps carriers distribute sales leads to health insurance brokers in their network. The process is complex and agents are busy, so we kept it simple. Pastilla’s team served an integral role in building a sophisticated, multi-platform web app system with the ability to automatically funnel new leads and notify brokers.

This lucrative and fast-paced industry requires instant communication between brokers and potential leads, therefore, we focused our resources on creating a simple user journey through responsive design and a sleek mobile interface. With every element of design, development, strategy, and execution helmed by the Pastilla team.

The look and feel of the app stays true to our philosophy of simplifying the health insurance process. This led to a clean layout both easy for the client and carrier to understand. By creating a highly functional business app, BigWave customers are now able to conduct business in a more efficient and faster way. BigWave automatically funnels qualified leads to brokers/agents from eligible carriers and captures their information instantly.
